How is the job market? Its AWESOME.

I have been traveling and meeting many people over the last 6 weeks. I have been following up with some of my friends and family back in India, and many have asked me this question. How is the job market?

My answer is simple, irrespective of where you are and what you do, the job market is always AWESOME. I am not kidding, but this confidence can  never let you down.

This is my job searching fundamental 101: Irrespective of how good or bad the job market is all you need is ONE job. Don’t you think there one open position that fits your interest and skills? The answer is YES almost a 100% of the time.

So, next time you want to ask how the job market is? Think how many jobs do you need and if there are those number of jobs in the market? The hint is you need ONE job and there is always ONE open position in the market that is right for you.
